But when I try to get it teh system says unable to retrieve the reward.

Do you currently have JTL activated?
I qualify as well, but it won't let me either because I'm still waiting for my key.

Does it say you're qualified for the 90 day reward, or the 180 day reward? If it's the 90, you'll have to wait for the yacht... Sorry. The yacht is the 180 day reward.

Unfortunately, there isn't one. Wish there was, as I qualify for the 90, but not the 180.
