Thread: Do you have to be Tier 4 certified to be able to GET the ETA-2?

I was just wondering as I've made my first Imp character since release. I actually like Imp better than Reb. I'm amazed. I especially like the pimpin' Imperial Flight suit.
Anyway, do you have to be Tier 4 certified to get the ETA-2?
Also do you just go to the skeleton and loot whatever to start the quest, or do you need to talk to someone before hand?

No, you don't have to be certified for it to get it. It will just sit in your inventory until you are. And just go to the bones and grab the datapad.
