What is your most memorable experience with JtL?

Not stalking you Tiggs honest ..

Either:

Acting as crew on a YT-1300 as it battled Dev-Blair and took battle damage and caught fire; hearing blaster fire hit the ship from all angles on my surround system, whilst I ran around the ship crafting repair kits and trying to fix conduits

Or:
Watching imperial and rebel gunboats fight it out, with the Kessel black hole behind it, and all the support craft fighting each other

Talking to the first Inquisitor on Naboo, asking him "Wouldn't he expect me?" and getting the reply "No one ever expects the Imperial Inquisition!"

I laughed pretty hard at that.

I've posted this on a story topic a few days ago, but still the best moment I've had in the game. I had was ina yacht with escorts oftwo decimators and a TIE oppressor, using the yacht as a little capital ship and the rest as a squadrongroup. We have aboutten peopleonboard the yacht at the time so a lot of stuff going on. The pilot gets out of his chair and comes downwith us at the main room to enjoya musican's playingand hear some of us talk. Most of uswere wearing black tailor made officer uniforms with the pilots all in pilot uniforms and talking about how jtl is going to affectour in-game plans with a bit of role playing involved.

While we are talking, one of the decimator pilots yells out about Rebel players coming into attack range. Our yacht pilot laughed and said "Wellthe Devs told us this ship is invulnerable. Don't worry, were safe." Our ship starts to shake wildly so he rushes back up to the command pod to get back at the controls. He yells out a "Oh uh.", and the next minute all 10 of us onboard the yacht are watching it explode into a fire ball Those Decimator pilots couldnt stop laughing after reading that chat and watching usburn up there.

Still the best experience and most funny situation I've been in with beta.

About a week and a half ago, when they started realling hitting their stride with the AI and the ship models. After a long battle with Ties in the Lok system I found myself covered in sweat and had been yelling trash-talk at the computer screen. At that point,I knew they were on the right track. I stood up from the computer and said:

"Now THAT"S what I'm talkin' 'bout!"

Going up in a Decimator for the first time and letting the "wow" factor sink in, realizing that I was finally on board a multiplayer ship. As I watched ships fly right past the large overhead moon roof as graceful as could be I remembered thinking the devs would never be able to put multiplayer ships in before release. Talk about a pleasant surprise.

Being a part of the gunner crew for JEST3Rs decimator is probably the best time I had in early beta.

The first day of JtL I got all set up, talked to the guy in theed and decided to try and go Imperial Navy out of Kandara, headed over and got training ran to the starport, couldn't wait to get into space, accessed the terminals, no ship. DOH Ran back and asked about a ship, he gave me one, ran back. Launched into space. WOOT hit my key for full throttle, went to turn, OOPS forgot to hook up my joystick, by now I'm careening off of the space station sparks flying everywhere it was awesome. Figured out I have to restart for the joystick to work so I figured I tried to hyperspace to check that out, but then found out only player ships have hyperdrive. quit out hooked up my joystick relogged in and then slammed into the station while trying to dogfight a Z95 NPC.

It was a trip.

Two weeks ago, before the first mass nerf patch, when I could actually get most of the way through one of my Smuggler Alliance tier 4 missions. I was having a LOT of fun. Even though they were hard I actually thought I could manage to eventually complete them.

I've been coasting on that particular memory for a while now.

First day of geting my YT. Didn't do any thing special, we just went for a fly, but wow, dunno what it was but it was great.

I really do think the MP Ships are by far the best part of this game, I can't wait to get one on live.

Some really good ones in this beta.

Simple memories:

1. Loading into space for the first time. I was completely impressed.

2. My first X-Wing. Clinched it for me.

3. My first hyperspace jump with star streaks

4. Standing at the wall of windows in the space yacht just watching the station

5. Escorting my first YT.

Big memories -

I think the best memory was PvP weekend. I got the X-Wing, found a good engine, and then just flew all around. I had some great dog fights, got pounded and then going back, makin' it past the imperials and to the Star Destroyer. There, the ship was a complete hive of activity as I saw A-Wings, B-Wings, TIEs, Inteceptors, a Falcon and just laser blasts EVERYWHERE! I was rollin, blastin' and screamin' as I trench ran the Star Destroyer chasing down an Interceptor, broke right and slammed into a wall of other TIE players before I get lit up. Much fun.

Dev hunt night : I was lookin' for the Devs (never did see any) when I came across a couple of Imps, not at the same time. We fought for control of the Corellian sector. Good fights.

The Beta community. The one thing I think lacks in live servers that beta server will always have. A Great Great friendly community ingame. There wasn't a person who wouldn't bend over backwards to help me or answer questions, and I had fun doing the same. Even if we were on seperate factions standing overt. Friendly, respectable and had a blast sharin' stories.

For all those in beta. Thanks.

I dont know... but when space was broke and I was a cube.... thats gotta be one of the best times I ever had in Galaxies!

Non bug wise... being inside an MP ship in the Deep space sector was a lot of fun. Its amazing how quick they blow up... but it was still a LOT of fun.
