Thread: Can we PLEASE turn the stupid lightning off?

What does this add to the game? It's scientifically inaccurate, INCREDIBLY annoying, serves no useful purpose, confuses the newbie, takes up processing power, kills frame rate (in a dogfight) and is the most annoying sound ever! Ug. Can it be turned off? Also, can we turn off the "breath" sound everytime we hit a TIE?

lightning is very cool graphic to the game, dont bash it down


to turn it off, go to options and look for every graphic option and put it to 0, thats should work then for the sounds go to sound and put 0 sounds max. their you go, enjoy.



ok if u really wana know try the launchpad game options, it probably has some special effects option.
