Did you exit the launchpad after regisitering and patching JTL? You have to completely log out then back into the game to fully enable JTL. I assume you did this since you are posting here but I know some people jump on the forums while they still have the game running.

Ok checking account info again my earlier post was wrong. Doesnt say I am enabled anywhere. 
But I have been out of game and back in. also ran full scan nothing. Tried to put my JTL account code back in and it says its already in use.

Hmm...should have the "Enabled" button just below the "PLAY" button on the launchpad after you log in. If not, and you can't re-enter you key you may be in trouble. All I can suggest is waiting till Monday morning and getting hold of a CSR or calling direct for help. I feel you frustration man!

Well thanks for the help! 
I figuered what has happened even though I cannnot figure out how.
The expansion loaded to my third account which is a city mayor account I hardly play at all. I havent even logged this account in for about 3 weeks or more.
