Can imperial pilots loot it or wear it?

And is it loot from tier4 and tier5 blacksun ships?

Anyone can wear it, and they are from 4 and 5 tier but takes awhile to get it.

I would really like to do other things in this game, but I currently have an obsession that drives all other activities away. I must have this helmet.

My only hope though is that all of the tens of millions of prestige points I have earned so far - and the tens of millions more I will probably have to earn - will someday have a value other than entering Deep Space.

I mastered Alliance pilot, then almost immeadiately proceeded to the Stronghold's hotel to grab me the duty missions I wasn't able to do since I couldn't master for a long time.. on the 4th wave, I picked up the helm.. pure friggin' luck =D

Got this helmet two days ago.. Im glad it only took me three days to find it.. lol..

And it looks way better than the Privateer Master Helmets....

But its rare as ever... Ive blown up God knows how many BS Ships...
