Basically I mean do you go with really heavy rear armor, and strong shields?

2weapons? 3?

Do you like all blasters, a good ION cannon?

I need some help setting mine up please.

In any ship, I'd go with light armor, heavy shields with a good regen, then better weapons.

I find one weapon and no missiles is best. The Advanced doesnt hold enough weight for 2 decent projectiles. Go for good shields with a good regen over heavy armor. You should not be getting hit in the armor. That should be your last resort for defense.

I took like 2 days to outfit mine

No armor at all

light reactor and about 11K energy

level 7 and 5 projectile cannons (ion/disruptor combo)

tier 3 engine (cygnus)

light/fast droid interface (absolutely necessary)

light capacitor (RE'd)

Light Booster (RE'd)

Flight Computer

I launch droid programs this way

1st - Reactor overload four

2nd - Engine overload three

3rd - Weapon overload three

it's a blast for PvP, but better bring countermeasures with you, if you can find the mass (can remove the booster if needed)

The best advice I can give you is get an aggressor. I had the advanced and compared to the Aggressor the adv sucks

shes hot but shes wrong.

the advanced is MUCH better than the aggressor. simple reason is you get 2 weapon mounts instead of one. i use a lvl7 gun with 3050 max and a lvl6 with 2950. good luck finding a single gun that can match that, and even if you get close (lvl10) the single gun will be 50k mass instead of 25k for my two guns combined.

go with dual lvl6 re guns or a lvl6-7 re combo like me. also use your reward engine and a mkIV crafted shield. lvl2 caps are the best. use mkII armor if you have room left.

Off the top of my head i think my T/A is as follows:

MKII armor front and back,
L4 cap
L3 or L4 14K output reactor
L1 prenerf droid controller
L5 crafted shiled ( i think), its around 1500 shield rating.
L6 RE'd engine 67ish YPR, 77 speed
L8 RE'd 3400ish Blaster
L7 RE'd 2900 blaster

Eventually i'll have everything in this ship RE'd. Have a prenerf 66 ypr 92 speed engine im gonna have re engineered before too long. If i swap the shield out with a lesser one id squeeze in counter measures, boosters and the like.

As for cry4dawn, i think those pictures are fake and it's probaby a man behind the user handle, not some hot chick like some ppl would like to beleive.

- Always use two weapons. Two lower tier weapons (1000-2000) weight far less than one higher tier weapon (2000-3000) and do more damage.
- Best regen shield that I can find, followed by shield strength.
- 70-something engine
- Splash plate on the rear

I took another look at my T/A and what i found surpised even me.

L2 looted capacitor (has good stats)
L1 prenerf droid controller
MK 1 player made reactor.
MK II player made armor, 600 rating.
MKIII player made 1300 rating shield
-----
L6 RE'd 68 YPR, 80 speed engine
L8 RE'd 3600 damage blaster
L7 RE'd 2900 damage blaster

Not the best setup perhaps, but highly effective. Used about 63K mass. Pretty solid unless the shield goes down, at which point im flying an eggshell Still have about 2K mass not used, and can gain anothe 2K by shimming the armor down to MK 1 instead of MK2. Gonna change out that capacitor soon, i cant beleive im using an L2. Gonna RE myself an L4
