Thread: Why s my ship stalling out ????

I have a Y-wing everything looks right as far as reactor and mass ... But the ship will go full speed the all of a sudden stop ... then start back to full speed again right away . I dont know why this is happening ...

Have you had a Shipwright check your fuel mixture?
Seriously, you're experiencing the same effect everyone here does now and again. Some say it's the crossing of a server boundry (like near a space station). Sorta like the ruberband effect on the ground game, and indeed, in many large MMORPG games.
It's the state of technology. And that server glitch doesnt seem to hurt you or make you a bigger target. But, you're not alone.

Since the JTL is Real time and requires a constant data stream for everything to run correctly. Sometimes you get a bottleneck where the data gets choked up which causes your ship to go back to 0 and then back to full speed. But if someone was looking you while you were flying you never even slowed down. You get used to it after a while

nothing gets me more angry than dealing with that problem. its not the stalling, it the fact that for the nest couple of minutes, the ship i'm fighting when it happens can't be damaged. this really needs to be improved.
