I've mastered pilot and have 3 ships, 1 X-wing, 1 B-Wing and 1 Nova cruiser.
In my X-wing with my level 6 astro droid I only have 1 command available, Heavy shield front adjust.
In my other 2 ships I have no commands appearing at all in my command browser.
It's not down to having my droid or flight computer properly programmed, as they are and I have the appropriate droid interfaces.
Interestingly enough it will allow me to program the flightcomputers with the commands but none are showing in my command browser and thus I can't use them and I'm left pretty weak in my abilities.
I submitted a CS ticket tonight but just wandering if anyone else is having this problem or had this problem but got it fixed?

Uh...seems to me that you didn't program your astromech or flight computer while you were on the ground. To make sure you have, while you're landed somewhere, open your datapad, bring up the radial over your astromech or computer, and select "Program". Make sure the droid or computer is programmed with everything you want. (The programs you know or have chips for are on the left side, the programs the droid/FC are programmed with are on the right side.)

OK, so if all of your programs are in place, the only thing I van think of is if your other ships don't have a droid interface installed maybe?

Write macros with replacement buttons as a workaround. All droid commands have a /command to them. If you can't suss the syntax by looking at your one working command, take a look in the bazaar and search under misc for chip, then examine the chips, should have the command there. Or they might be in the Pilot FAQ somewhere, I can't remember.
Even if you dont have the actual astromech buttons, a macro calling that command will work, provided your droid/FC and DI are hookied up and running. I use this method a lot with copilots and gunners. They dont have hotbuttons unless they make them.

are you using both a astromech and a flight computer? the Xwing need the droid, but maybe the two other ships need a flight comp

Well, take it step by step
The X-wing uses a droid, the B-wing and Nova both require a flight computer (you can share one PC between them though). You will need to to program the droid and FPC separately.
Go to your datapad. Make sure you're not confused and don't have more than one droid. Select the droid and choose "Program (driod/flight computer)" from the radial menu. This will give you the programming interface. The commands on the left are what programs you have available, and on the right are what you have the droid programmed with. Move the programs you want to the right side and confirm.
Bringup the ship management. Make sure you have a interface loaded first, then go down to the option to load the droid. The Load/Unload info boxes should tell you again what programs that Droid or FPC has. After you load it make sure the command data then shows in the right side info box.
