to the thread where TH or some dev posted about politician either being or not being a required prof? Not looking to use this for an argument, just looking for official feedback. Also, not looking for opinions, looking for a link. Thanky.

hit ctrl+h and use the kowlage base.
Look up politician holocron, you'l see it there.
Politician is NOT one of the eligible professions un;ess you happen to be bugged.

No, but it should be somewhere in the developer tracker, if one of them said it. Try using either the search feature, or thumb through months of posts to try to find it. If it came from a red name at any time, its in the developer tracker.
