I know this is probley a noob question but if you know where the answer is or give me a answer I would appritate it.

Right now im Working on becomeing a Bounty Hunter (Boy it takes a while much praise to you who are bh's)

But my question is once I become a Bounty Hunter is it possible to surrender the skills I need to get there? I.e. Master Marksman? Just curious THanx for the help.
