Easiest way to tell if it's recognizing it is when the game is loading. The first screen should say something about Rage of the Wookies if it did. If it's still showing the Star Wars Galaxies opening screen, then it doesn't recognize your registration. For that, check Here. That should let you see if you have the expansions registered with your subscription.

Wondering if someone might be able to help me out with some advice here. Been playing for awhile, but just bought the TE package today and I can seem to get going with it. I was told to go to Kadarra and in the guild hall right outside starport there is a guy im supposed to talk to, I talk to him and all I get is "If your not involved with the imperial navy dont waste my time". Also talk to the guy right outside the starport, an imp pilot I beleive and he states "I can see your not involved with flying in anyway" or something along those lines. Also my status is "on leave", do I need to be combatant to go through this process?
But see I'm not sure if the problem is my install and for some reason my account is'nt recognizing it or if its how I'm going about it ingame. I beleive I registered correctly, goto login screen, under PLAY is register, did all that, but I cant seem to get any npc to get me up and running, nor did I receive a barc...goto /claim and it states I'm not eligible for anything at this time. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I installed all 5 discs as instructed, just doesnt seem its recognized, full scan and all. I thought this would be a smooth add on, but at the moment it's just giving me a headache. Any input/help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
