Has anybody else had this problem? I downloaded the JtL 10-day demo from Fileplanet, but the key doesn't work. This sort of makes it a 0-day demo for me ... not terribly useful.

My brother just had the same problem. I'm downloading the trial file now to test it as well. I think the process may not be working properly.

I've got the same problem here! Not sure what is up. Everything downloads fine but the key doesn't work. Maybe SoE and Lucas forgot to flip a switch, or the switch doesn't get flipped for another few days.

Well here are some reasons:
1)Someone "hacked" and grab all the cd keys
2)The trial is over
3)You might of typed it wrong
4)You need swg first i believe
5)Send a email to fileplanet and they will be glad to answer and fix your problem(usally)
6)MIght have a "FAKE" cd key
7)MIght be an expired cd key

1. Not sure
2. It's over Feb. 25th
3. Cut and pasted it into notepad and then retyped it twice to make sure.
4. Purchased it back when it was released in 03.
5. I'll probably do that today.
6. Not quite sure what you mean.
7. Was just generated today.

I cut and pasted directly from the fileplanet screen, have SWG, and if it was expired I doubt I'd still be able to get it on their site. An e-mail may be worth trying.

Welp, just sent the support center an email. Looks like I'm gonna be waiting at least 2 days. For 20 bucks I might just go out and buy the sucker. If it is anything like freelancer I'm gonna love it.
