Ok, I've been playing this game with a Logitech cordless Freedom 2.4 ever since JTLS came out. Everything was fine until recently. I don't believe I've done anything diffreent, but Galaxies just doesn't respond to it at all anymore. Yes, I've replaced the batteries, and it seems to work fine when tested using it's own utillity. If anyone's had a similar problem and come to a solution, it would be much appreciated if you could share your info.
In the mean time, what's considered to be a reliable and some what affordable flightstick for SWG?
Oh, and what's a good voice chat utility to use?
Thanks.

I use the saitek x45, I've had it for awhile can't remember exact price. Only gripe I have with it is the rudder controls can be painful if you have small hands.

Price on that is "used." Saitek no longer manufactures the X45, having replaced it with the X52 (retail is around $120 for it). The X52 is a much better system IMNSHO, if you can swallow the price.
I will say: throttle = good, no matter what stick you choose to go with; it makes combat in space much more dynamic (and, as far as I'm concerned, easier) and enjoyable.
