So you can do missions in a group just like on the ground? How do you do that, and where is a common place to find a group to join?
In a way yes, i havnt played after the new patch. Before what you did was join the person's group, then have them get their mission. You help them on their mission. That helps the XP go by without seeming like a grind. My best advice is to have fun.

No, only rush i can see is the master mission. It's going to be changed, and right now your dealing with a known enity that you can knock out in a couple hours if you have a large enough group.
Other than that, i see no reason to hurry. There's no pot of gold, or state of gaming nirvana awaiting you when you reach master.

What's the best/easiest/quickest way to grind a pilot profession? I mean, so far I've been playing all alone and doing the same missions for some guy to get enough xp for the next skill. Isn't there a faster way like on ground... It goes slow in the beginning when you're alone, but if you're in a group it goes so much faster. Is there a similar thing in space, or do I have to waste several hours just to reach master?

I myself did destroy duty missions. It really depends on the tier your on. I think Reb tier 3 xp is a non factor, tier 4 is the oposite. Best way is to have fun blasting away on destroy missions or go out with friends and before you know it you will be 4,4,4,4. I have been 4,4,4,4 for 3 weeks now cause i cant find anyone to hlep with the mission haha but hey i still have fun helping others with their other missions.

I want my X-Wing and Firespray
But really, wondering if this is the perfect game for me since I don't have as much time to play as I would like. Before I even get to the X-Wing it'll probably be no snow out anymore, and I bought the game to fly around in bigger space ships and be involved in huge conflicts where hundreds of players where fighting at the same time... Not this "get-a-missions-then-fly-10 000meters-to-finally-kill-some-retarded-imps" (the AI imps in this case :smileytongue
