The skill works but it is not that great. It also works based on your Skills Mod. When you become an Ace you'll have a high mod and it will work more often. What it is design to do is take HP from lesser comps like weapons and divide them among the top comps like reactor and engine. So if your weapons and shields are destroyed, then it doesn't have much to work with.

I think your mistaking /inspacerepair (the one that calls the ship) with /vrepair which does as you describe.
I remember when /inspacerepair rpaired you fully, but they nerfed that during the beta with no notice or explanation.

It does repair, enables systems and repairs armor a bit.. very little.. very very...
may be 5%, not sure about this is intended or not but... I believe it was repairing like 20% least on my Y-Wing, not on X-Wing.
This needs to be addressed. Same as Jumpstart... Does not work.
I believe most of our skills just sucks (that is seen as broken) beside emergency shields and vrepair..

The repair command (tier 3) that calls out a ship that is suppose to conduct repairs does not appear to be working properly.
I have called the ship 3 times to repair my armor, it goes through the routine but no repairs occur. I have had reports from others
that the repairs do work, sometimes more sometimes less but a repair of some sort occurs.
It would be great if we had some information on how repairs are conducted, and getting this no-repairs bug addressed would be excellent!

I noticed you need to be at a complete stop through the whole long and drawn out and tedious process.
I have been repaired (the Mon before thanksgiving) but it wasn't fully.
I could have flown to a station a lot quicker.

When I repaired my ship using in space repair it gave me 125 hps to my armour and that was it. I have it set to F8 and double tap this - don't bother with the cost of the repair because I would not of called it in the first place if I did not want repairs. Repair ship arrives, takes 5 mins jigging next to me then disables all weapons and boosters and does it's biz.
A wholly useless skill IMHO. Worked fine in Beta, just cost an arm and a leg to use it. Fully repaired and not having to go to a Space Station. God knows why they changed it.

I have used all of the specials and they seem to work as designed. I do not beleive that the repair ship is supposed to completely repair you. It seems as though it is a roll of the dice on how much it repairs you. However when you are sitting there disabled it is really nice to have it come by to fix you up enough to go to a station for repairs. Also jumpstart does work. You need to have full shields and capacitor when using it. I had a buddy who lost his shields. I did a jumpstart2 and he was back in the fight again. All of these work just fine. Just remember they are not a replacement for a station repair or an easy way to replace your missles instead of going to a vendor. BTW I only get about 8 torps when using the reload ship.
