ok i need to start on my Teir 3 junk (im freelance), where do i find this tallon karrde person?

What "Group" did you start that you have Talon Karde as your Tier 3 Contact??

If indeed you are ready to goto your next trainer, then your current trainer will tell you where. Alais I am rebel so that's all the advice I can give.


Edit: and didn't I read that T.Karrde is no longer a trainer, that he is in space, and one of his Lt.'s are training now.
