Since the Monday patch, I have added a Reactor Overload chip to my Droid. I launched into space, hit CTRL-A, and selected Astromech to get my new command and add it to the hotbar. The new command was not listed there. All of my old commands were there, along with a command that simply said /droid (had one of the little moving icons). I was grouped with a Privateer pilot last night that had the exact problem with a chip he added since the patch. Before you ask, yes, I am aware of the new Droid UI, and used it to add the new command, and confirmed the addition.

Is anybody else having similar problems with adding new chips since the patch, and is there a workaround?
