Thread: about the yt-2400 being introduced with the new expansion....

Now i love the yt-2400, and think its a great addition, but now that we know it is for sure the new ship with the new expansion, my question is will they make the weapons, or blasters or what ever u may call them, will they make those slavable for the pilot to use while in the pilot seat????..................what i mean by slavable for those of you who dont know what it means....basically be able to fire all the weapons from the pilots chair without having a crew......i think personaly it should be possibly with this ship cause if its not its just exactly like the yt-1300 except for looks wise.....
not trying to be negative just hoping they will make the guns on this pob ship slavable

I would probably say no it won't, because according to Shadows of the Empire, Dash only had a droid on his ship as a co-pilot(more or less), so having a manned only turrent would be a bad idea. Also according to theEssentialGuide to Vehicles(yes I'm a SW nerd)you CAN shoot from the cockpit, or man the turrents. So why no? Just look at how well the current game conforms to existing info. I hope I wrong though, as it would be great to have 2 (YT-2400 & Y-8) ships that have the ability to shoot from the pilots chair. We'll see soon I imgaine.

If it only has two turrets, and the turrets work like pilot guns (i.e. the Y-wing longprobe style) I'd bemad because there would be no reason for me to get this as Advanced X-wing has 3 pilot guns, and has the maneuverability of a fighter.
