An advanced tie fighter? Any help on were i could find a qeust/vender with one of these bad boys on it?? what level tier would it be? mass? ect anyone have one?

They're Shipwright-craftable, and I think you can use them at Tier 3 or 4. If you don't see one on the bazaar, politely ask your neighbourhood shipwright to build one for you.
