Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to get one?Like what lvl tier ships should I fight a good place to fight them at ect.And how long it normally takes for one to drop.

Just search. Even if it takes you a few tries to get the search to work, you'll find far more than you'll get replies in one thread. This question comes up weekly.

You are imperial pilot so your best bet is Red Sin chimaera spawn in Endor system.
