Thread: Already in Beta, got the pre-order disk for the Flash Speeder but cannot re-register...

I've been in beta for a while now and I was excited to get my JTL Bonus Disk for pre-ordering so I can get my Flash Speeder. The directions I followed arent allowing me to re-register the key that came with the disk. So my question to anyone who can help here, will I get my Flash Speeder once JTL goes live? DEV's I'd appriciate a response on this as I'm sure other players are curious as well.

Yes you will get your flash speeder. The pre-order beta disks were meant to be for the public beta, which I don't know how that is working or when it's starting, suffice to say it hasn't yet.

I too am curious about the...I recieved my pre-order beta CD today, but had already installed the traditional Beta...will I be able to apply this new Beta Key or do I even need to?

Why are you even trying to use the key? If you are already in beta?
It says right on the inside cover you need the retail key also.
Not to mention you want even get the speeder till JTL is released.

Uhm...if we don't use the pre-order key....how will they know we bought the pre-order? That's the question we have...is the speeder attached to the pre-order/beta key or the pre-order retail package? I was under the impression from previous posts that it was the beta key.

Log into your account, click on "Account", click on "Edit Account" then "Register Expansion". Enter the code in there.That's what I did. Not sure if it'll work, but it's worth a shot.

This makes sense but I sure would feel better with a confirmation from someone in charge.

I would too, but I figured it couldn't hurt. We'll probably whined up doing the same thing or something similar anyway.

With regards to people who are under 18 or who have already been accepted to beta and want thier flash speeders. There is a reply by Tiggs that reads:
We are working on correcting this and will let you know the procedure as soon as it is completed.
