they will, i dont like that very much, i think they should do that for a month, just for the people that are just short of 6 months and then stop, its a cool ship but making it availible to everyone wasnt a very good idea, then its not really a reward

Actually, I think TH said that as long as your account wasn't closed for an extended amount of time (several days), you'll get the SoroSuub ship.

what if i was subscribed for 6 concecutive months before, recently had my account cancelled for a week or two, and resubscribed? do i qualify for yacht even though i will have only been subcribed for 3 weeks since last cancellation when JTL comes out but i was subscribed for over 6 months before?

I also think it should only be for Veterans when JTL goes live, personally....

From what I have read, 6 months of continuous "uninterupted" play
uninterupted play meaning no cancellation of account for a month or so during the last 6 months.

What about those of us that will miss the deadline by a day or two.........
That would be wrong 
But they wouldn't be able to give it to the poor schmo thatregistered SWG 10 minutes too late, because they'd have to give it to the person who registered 1 day late... then 2 days to be fair... then 3 to be fair to them... and so on. This is a more effective way to do it. I'm actually thankful that they're giving the ship to everyone once they reach veteran.

Additionally, as per the recent info release in the Friday Feature (and now on the JTL page under Ships):
The luxury yacht itself that will be made available to Galaxy citizens will be the pleasure model that does not have Lando's "special modifications. The ship will be invulnerable to attack, possess no weapon systems, sensor arrays, escape pods, droid brain etc.
So, essentially, it'll be a ship of self and group transportation period, and not have any other function. Point A to point B. Giving it to everyone isn't in any way out of balance. Compared to the other ships available that will be crafted, this one sucks bad.... bad bad bad. BUT it's a free ship.
I personally see this more being used for people to avoid paying the shuttles when their main ship is toasted somewhere and they need to get it repaired before use again. Or to host weddings. Or as a home away from home. As that's essentially the limit of this ship, I don't see anything wrong with everyone getting them.

The Lady Luck ship was my big incentive to waste money on JTL but if im not even gonna be able to qualify for the ship i dont think ill invest in jtl right off the bat, i played over 10months in the past. To anyone that says i shoulda played more, well obviously some jedi hopes kept you playing over summer. JTL was only reason i want to come back but to be told i wont even get a veteran ship even though the word veteran means someone whose served/played for a long period of time.... Just because i fought in the beginning of the war shouldnt mean that i get jipped in the middle when i try and come back.

oh what happened i thought we were playing for fun not playing so that the DEVS owe you something because they forced you to charge your credit card for this game. I think the whole idea is stupid i dont see how the devs owe the players for playing their game it was the players choice to play the devs didnt force anyone. Or maybe their just happy because the " veteran" players have bare with the devs for a year. I still think the whole veteran crap is retarded.
