Do the veterans actually recieve the ship, or are they just available to veterans. What I am saying is do they just get the ship or do they have to get it built?

I think as a "reward" that it will just be given. Plus the fact of it being indestructable, I don't think they would have it crafted because there would be no use to it having any different stats.
