After you fill in all 4 boxes you will be given a new commander to report to and get new missions.

These are "duty" missions, and are to be done until you have enough xp to finish your tier. As soon as you train all 4 boxes, she will send you to another trainer, who will begin your tier 2 missions and training.
Hope that helps! ![]()

If your on 1st teir and have done all 4 missions you have to gain xp and fill in the rest of the tier 1 boxes at which time you'll be sent to another base for tier 2

Alternately, if you get bored of the duty missions, you can go to a space station of the opposite faction than you (if you're rebel/imp) and start blasting away TIE's/X-wings to get xp, then go back to the duty missions.
But, it shouldn't take long as tier one. I'd use that when your tier 2 and 3.

Tier 3 requires no xp. You get all the boxes as freebies for doing the missions.

Yes, that's right. I meant tier 2 and 4.
