I have a problem with my veteran reward ship.. I cant get it

I have been in this game since 7 January and active the entire time. However everytime i log in i get a message that i only qualify for the 90 day veteran reward when i should get a message about the 270 day reward. Of course i cant claim my veteran ship.

I opened a ticket on the item and teh CSR wrote back and told me there was nothing they could do. I sent an e-mail to SOE and no answer.

So now i'm putting it on the forum.. why is this thing giving me the wrong time. The veteran ship was one of the main reasons i even purchased this expansion.
