Thread: What about entering and boarding ships

Wouldn't it cool that you could fill up ur Multiplayer ship with friends and then go off and enter a capital ship.
You disable it and then the group in your ship can go out and enter it (If it is your faction ship), making all the proffs interact more with JTL.
For the opposing faction : they can enter the Docking Bay and then help the NPC op the ship out with defending.
Or just drop the defending stuff
Then when you taken over the capitol ship, all go back to the ship, get a reward in the way of faction points/scematics/badges/cash/weapons (not the CDEF) or any other (kinda uber) loot.
These Capitol ships won't be soloable, but also without Super Battledroids.
The thing would be to disabble the ship (like a base) then go and restart the systems with an artisan/droid engineer/shipwright/ weaponsmith/armorsmith
These capitol ships will drop in 1 time a day in a specific place and the waypoint can be taken from loots, like the Imperial message or rebel Order on the ground. Or just make it a group thing like the vette.
For the classes of ships could be used are : corvettes, Star Destroyers, NEbulan B Frigates, Mon Cal Cruisers, Inerdictor cruisers (etc etc etc)

This kind of thing was discussed during beta as something which will come later, so it is on the drawing board but then so many things have been on the drawing board and never come to fruition

When they didn't have any drawingboards, where did they get to when they failed ?

I see someone else has been playing Pirates!
This would be great, even with just a quick battle menu. I'd like to tow back a 50% damaged ship and sell it for a little bit of cash.
