I mean how is it oriented when you fly it? Is it verticle like the firespray or does it fly horizontal?
Thanks.

According to the Design Specs, the Ship is suppoed to Rotate around the cockpit when in flight But In all the the games your allowd to fly the Bwing the cockpit Is in Locked mode, and you Fly verticle like the Firespray

in "attack" mode with the wings extended, it flies vertical like the firespray. in "cruising" mode it flies horizontal with the wings folded.
as for how it actually flies, it accelerates slow but decelerates a little better. It turns best at around 50% speed. there is alot of slack when when you try and change direction. it rolls not that bad, but not as good as a Ywing. As for firepower, the Bwing reigns supreme.

ah, Im glad they worked in the attack and cruise modes. Im so tempted to drop privateer and go rebel just because the Bwing is my second favorite ship from the movies, but Im already half home on my #1 favorite.
No matter, Im sure Ill get bored down the road and want to switch sides, thanks for staightening that out for me.

It flies much worse than the Y wing (which was painful to grind) from what I've been told, so I plan to go with the Firespray when I make master.
The firespray has ridiculous mass, great manuverability, and can probably destroy a B wing in a fight.
If I were to get a B wing, it would be to group up with my guild where my role was to carry tons of missiles to destroy cap ships with, while being HEAVILY escorted by friendly firespray, X, and A wing figthers...
And I am much more likely to equip a Longprobe for that purpose anyway, as it is a better ship.

i lik emy bwing only complaint is its tough to hit you target with the botton 2 guns at the bottom of the long wing unless you give your target a longer than normal lead due to no convergence on the guns yet. but once you get used to how it handles it isn't bad.

Ill be glad when they add content for these specific role class of ships like the bombers. As of now, everything outside of the vette/star destroyer is straight fighter class content.
Im sure eventually they'll add large npc fleets or space stations that can be attacked at which time the bombers and such will have use of their main roles
