Allow people to put a starship terminal in their PA hall (in that large open area on top of the PA hall). Allow people to launch their ships from here as well. Make it an item that can be made by architects and make it incur an addional maintenance cost for the hall. Also, allow me to drop a deed in this area of the PA hall to show an actual ship (like you do for pets).

while i like the idea, of player citys having star ship terminals. the problem is if that city ever looses their terminal who ever has there ship parked there can't get their ship, since u have to launch from the same starport u land at. this happened in beta at the rebel outpost on rori, before they added the star ship terminal to it. you could land there but u could not launch from there.
you just lost that ship.
