Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I was playing earlier today, restarted, and now I can't log back into the game. I get to the character menu, I connect to the galaxy, and the loading screen does it's thing - then I'm dropped back into the character menu. I've re-started and re-installed the game - anyone else having this problem? Do these symptoms sound familiar?

Dunno....maybe call Techsupport? Phone support is usually better then chat.
