I know one of my toons can use the command, I also know one other can't use it, it just doesn't do anything, any inputs ?

Both gotta have JTL...so if you have 2 SWG you need 2 JTL's
Other then that, I have no idea why it wouldn't work other then maybe its just short of 180 days

I have two JTL, actually I even have 3 accounts, but only 2 jtls, all my accounts are older than 6 months, but the one where the command works, is only qualified for 90days reward (i.e. nothing) even tho the account is older than 6 months

I have the same issue. I have 6+ months, but when I claim the reward it won't give it.
