Thread: Can't get my son's JTLS to log in

Here is the problem: I bought me and my son's two accounts each a JTLS and being the morgage payer of the household installed mine first and tried it out.
Now we tried putting his #s in today (which of course is on my credit card) and it declines all the #s and just reverts to my account. We put in his name and his password but keeps trowing us back to mine and tellin gus its all loaded in. Which of course it is not.
My son would love the hand if you guys have run into this.

have you tried inputting your key into his account? Or maybe your key patched over his as well? Try accessing a starship terminal on his account. Try inputting your key on his account. This also might be a cookies/cache issue. In your IE Tools menu, goto Internet Options. Click on Delete COokies and Delete files. CLose IE and reopen launch pad. try again. If none of this works, contact tech support

Team: It was the cookies. Thanks Fried nailed that one. Even my poor old man computer skills got it right. I dont think i will go into the tech field though =]
Deleted the cookies.
