As of a few moments ago, i decided to move all of my decorations from my Small naboo style 2 house (the not round one, which holds less than style 1) into my Luxury Yaght. I came close, but i couldn't drop all the items i had in my house in my Yaght. I had my hopes set on owning a spaceship for both storage and decoration, but now that i see my Starship holds less than that of a small house. I don't see the point in owning one other than for nominal storage capabilities, its a waste of a third ship slot.
Please increase the item storage limit by a few hundred items, closer to that of a Large House. Perhaps as an added penalty you could add a maintenence fee that must be paid at a Space Station or all the items inside the ship will decay by 5% every day the fee is not payed. This is not much to ask, it takes only 10 seconds of your programmers time to code it in, Devs.

I think it should be 150-200, but not as much as a large house.
A factory takes up 1 lot! it holds 100 items!

I'd be willing to bet it's considerably more complicated than you think.
Regardless,

Edit - What is the current item limit anyhow? I believe I read 50, but I'm not positive.

I think we should be able to use a slider to sacrifice lots for item space on our multiplayer ships. 75 more items for each extra lot that you sacrifice with the only cap being your lot limit.

I like the idea of living in space,
but only if I can take my comfy furniture with me.
and my crafting stations!!
Space Tailor on the move -- thats my intention.

I think 250 items is too much for one lot but 150 would be better than 75, I mean it is a party yacht. Oh well it doesn't matter for mean anyway atm...I'm not able to claim my reward due to some bug, they say it's 24-48 hoursfor a fix

Think it has something to do with the database, they can't have that many items stored in a ship at once (think it would have been larger if you could only have 1 mp ship)

The first floor along takes up the 75 items. There's no way you can hook up that ship without leaving most of the rooms completely empty.
Even the 250 a large house gives isn't enough and this ship is just as spacious.
But it probably causes too much give and take on system if it's raised. But I'm sure management can come to some sort of compromise on raising the limit, if only a bit more.

that would be a good idea then you are not gaining or losing the ammount of items we can have
