Is there anywhere we can check for country specific dates ?

So we can see what date exactly ?

Alternatively ... if anyone could tell me the exact date for the UK ... ?

Thanks btw.

It seems that, here in Sweden, the date 29/11 stands. I checked with the company I pre-ordered it from, and they said that they had NOT heard about any delays.

But who knows... if I get the delviery tomorrow I will know for sure...

They're saying 5th November at the moment but I imagine that is subject to change. We'll wait and see I guess

I think we might want to give TH a small update on his "5th Nov. throughout Europe" post.

The online-shop I bought the game from shipped it yesterday. Release date is stated as 28th Oct.

So,since Germany is a part of Europe (at least last time I looked) there are obviously different release dates for the different countries.

BTW, brit players..I feel with you.

Ordered it by amazon.de (Germany) octobre 21st - got it today. It is the special german copy (manual and box are in german).

I guess only the english packages were delayed. And all I cansay its because of the high demand in the U.S. - can't believe that they want to sell french or german boxes there.

So only the original english version is delayed in Europe.

Sorry for all Brits

Thank Gonk I studied German in high school. Canceling the play.com order, Guten Tag amazon.de!

"Not so long ago, in countless game industry gossip forums far, far away, a rumour started buzzing about the possible closure of Star Wars Galaxies as a whole due to LucasArts' displeasure with the way the game was being run, with George's boys planning to restart the whole thing themselves, making something much more Star Wars-y in the process. Although this has been denied left, right and centre, there's no denying that SWG is hardly in the best of health right now and something drastic needs to be done to restore balance to the force. Certainly something more than a simple expansion pack, that's for sure. Help us Lucas-Wan, you're our only hope." PCZone, July 27

I just want to say how sorry I am for all those ppl waiting for the english european version.

I guess this is probably the first time in history (well at least in my gaming history) that a translated version of a game is available earlier than the original version.
Kinda strange - this whole board packed with ppl sad about not having JtL and I just went by a local store - and saw like 50 copies...

First time I am glad to live in germany!
