Thread: OK...another weapon question

I have a y-wing with two blasters on it. How can I get it so both blasters can fire at teh same time or clsoe intervals. I can only get one to work at any one time and then I have to change weapon group. I want them to be more linked.

Easiest way would be to regroup them all into the same group, assuming you don't run into the
turret only problem I keep reading about, now granted I haven't yet flown a Y-Wing so I can only
state what I have heard and experienced with other fighter classes.

2 options
1 for the normal Y-wing you need a gunner. 
2 For the Y-Wing Longprobe you have to group your weapons...I believe the command for that is "G"
Otherwise you need a gunner

hmm tried that, still nothing.... cant get mouse button 1 to fire 1 and mouse button 2 to fire weapon 2

Just a note: Unless you have a reaaaaaaly good weapons capacitor grouping your blasters on a Y-Wing is gonna drain that sucker fast.
NOTE: Normal Y-Wing cannot use both weapons, you have to have a gunner. The Y-Wing Longprobe is the only one you can fire the turret weapons as the pilot with. And you will need to group them.
Second note:
If you have a joystick you can map one blaster set to your trigger and another to a different button. Thus having the ability to fire both, or just one set of blasters.

The Tier 1 Ywing is a 2 seater and you have to have a gunner.
The Tier 2 Ywing "Longprobe" is a 1 seater, but you can use both weapons if they are grouped.
