If you havent been in game and your maintanace just ran out im sorry to say you shoulda put more money in it. I dont think you'll get stuff back from lack of matainance and account neglect.
Sorry bout your stuff though, lost my own house once, but that was before they gave warning letters about it.

Actually, it does.
If your account goes inactive, you have a 30-day grace period to re-activate. (It's actually more like 36 days, but 30 days is the official word.) After the grace period, everything can be deleted, including the bank.
In related news, I've never known anyone to get a "structure destroyed" e-mail. And all the damaged e-mails seem to be lagged by 6 to 18 hours. So, if you got one putting the house at 0%, then it was probably already destroyed before that message was sent.

Actually this is wrong provideing the house has maint and the person does NOT delete the character it will be there for AT LEAST 3 months. I put 6 months into my house back in april quit unitl a month ago cane back and EVERYTHING was still there. I rented some lots of someone i have'nt seen on this server in about 9 months and I STILL have the harvs on the lots.
Feel sorry for ya, then again I don't. You knew your house required maintenance money, why are you surprised it went poof when you weren't around to pay it?
