I heard Wookies rebels get it too at first tier I believe, can you trade it? Could it buy the bandolier off from a rebel wookie?\

The bandolier uses the same slot as a backpack, so no, you are not able to wear both at the same time. We are also not allowed to trade them. Sorry, Charlie...

For some reason my bandoliers doesnt show up when equipped (I play a wookie). Is this just me or does it affect all wookies?
