It will be a rare loot drop available when they patch version 11.3. Jfreeman posted about it yesterday I believe.

typical, i near the end of my piloting tree, after slaughtering millions of blacksuns, and now... NOW they are gonna start dropping the helms... whats the deelio?!

lol What can I say, you'll want to slaughter many more any ways for the loot, plus it's just fun to massacre things in a tier4/tier5ship... I love shredding things in my Opressor.

I am glad this is a loot drop. The only problem is I am still only 1211 so I have to level up before I can hope to kill the high level blacksuns.
