Okay, so am i the only UBERNERD that pre-ordered one of these for JTL?? Or are there others of you out there? Either way i can't wait to really get into some space combat with that joystick!

Im probably going to get one, Im glad they removed the rudder off the throttle side and put it back on the stick like the Cyborgs. I actually detest my X45 because of that and that way too cramped joystick cage thing. Oh and it has a really creeky spring too.

There's no real substitute for a decent pair of rudder pedals though (Had an X45 as well and yes, that throttle rudder was a PITA. But I found twist rudders even less controllable for some reason).
As for the 52...yes, she's a nice looking stick but I don't think I'll be tempted away from my Cougar just yet

Bah, I'm so noobish. All I have is a Saitek ST90.
**EDIT** it has no yaw/pitch/roll control what so ever

i agree with you on the pedals - but i haven't been able to find a controller that has them. Does the Cougar?

just buy a steering wheel set and use the brake and gas pedals that come with it as the left and right rudder.

If they're this cheap everyone should get one, but seriously that's going to be more joystick then you need, and you might want to apoxy the puny base to your desk/table/ect.
