I pre-ordered 9/26/04 i have not gotten my cd or key what is the deal do I need to go to the store to pick it up or what.

Same thing happened to me i preorder from ebgames and they havent sent anything before they ship the product i order 04/10

You should contact them (eb).I think worst case they will work it out and you will get the speeder after launch.
Just guessing.
