Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I've seen a couple capital ship hulks lying about doing nothing and that are totally untargetable. Will we soon be able to get (capital) ships that randomly jump into sectors to fight or defend (maybe make them overt attackable only to encourage the GCW in space)? I'm itching to be able to do missle or bomb runs on a ship corvette size or larger and right now that is sadly lacking.... Then again Overt Rebels are also sadly lacking in space....
