I'd like to see missions where you fly undercover. Maybe if you're Rebel, you fly a stolen TIE/In to check out a convoy. After you break off, a wing of TIEs "takes interest in your... handiwork" and chases you down and have to fight your way out. A fun way for different factions to experience the cockpit from another POV
