I want to purchase a gamepad with some specific features... anyone know one like this

I want it to have...

a 'D' pad on the left

two analog sticks

six buttons on the right

two triggers on each side in the back

two more buttons (possibly next to the 'D' pad) are optional

and be force-feedback enabled

I have found several that are close but either do not have enough buttons or require the use of a 'mode' button to switch between the 'D' pad and analog sticks. I would like it where all are active at once and can be remapped as needed without using the mode button to switch between them (even if the 'D' pad is mapped as buttons)

If you know of one like this please let me know the make and model

thanks
