If everyone in the group is in the same squadron and is on the same tier mission will everyone get a mission success? Just wondering if only one person needs to take the mission and every that goes along to help out gets a mission success also or if everyone has to take the mission at the same time and do it together. If everyone takes the mission at the same time will there be even more enemy fighters times the number of the people in the group?

Only the mission holder will get credit for success.
