i just got my flash speeder code and i have 2 questions:

1.Can i use the code without JTL installed?

2.Can i use the code on more then 1 charecter?

Code is for a single account. From what i can tell you have to have both the pre-order code and the JTL release code in order to get your speeder (or at least that is my experience so far that was confirmed by a CSR).

all the char of the account get the flash speeder.

install jtl, register beta code and then jtl code, every chars of your account should receive the flash speeder deed.

(or at least is how it worked for me

)

I registered my beta code a long long time ago and didnt get my JTL code until 29th but got the speeder on 27th any.

I didn't need JTL to get the speeder, just the beta CD. just make sure you register the CD under the account>register expansions option in launch pad

I was driving around with my flashspeeder in Live on October 26th (the day before JTLS launch)

BUT! I was also in BETA and had already registered the beta key on my computer, so maybe it detected that.

NO, you can not use the flashspeeder key on your ALT
