Thread: I'm going blind using an Ion Accelerator

I looted an Ion Accelerator (weapon) and put it in my TIE Interceptor. I am now blind because every time I fire my whole screen goes from space-black to bright white. I'm glad I'm not epileptic. Anyone know of how to reverse engineer weapons so that it doesn't shoot bright white sparklers out of my ship?
