Gets better I tried to do a search for JTL on the activision (uk) site and it has been removed LOL, then I though I would give em a ring, (Question) why have you removed all traces of JTL from their site?. (Answer) ..SILENCE.. (Question) can you give me a firm release date for JTL? (Answer)..SILENCE.. (Question)why are you telling us to contact SOE when U are the distributors for the UK? (Answer) ..I don't care (hangs up)..

I have to say SOE/Lucas, The blame for this is now being pointed at you, I would suggest that you try to investigate this issue before the anger of the buyer is vented in your direction.

I phoned them this morning (4th Nov) and the kind lady told me that release will either be on the 5th or 12th November based on a press release she had.
Helpful huh?

There is a huge problem in the distribution of JTL, not only with the release date....... be quick on purchase it from the shop, otherwise you will never be able to play JTL.
The game here (Spain) was released on 29th, ok. I went to the games shop and they had recived one, yes listen again, ONE copy of JTL (i reserved my copy one week before the end of Beta) and that wasnt my copy
. Of course i dont have my JTL, after a week from the release date, because there is no more copys of the game in any shop.

And I want take my game with the original prize, the 25-39€; not preordering (the real beneficiarys of all this) or something like that........

I agree with ashrid, dont delay get the key. There is nothing to stop the release being pushed back again .

If you don't want to download, just buy your game from the states ... seriously ... if you can do it, vote with your wallet, import it from the states and deny Activision their cut.

well, with another delay of almost a week here in the UK I'm now sorely tempted to go the Digagamer route, but before I do, I'd like to know just where I should email my displeasure to. Afterall, it's hardly the devs fault so this isn't where I want to rant about it.
Howeverifa relevant employeefrom SOE does chance across this message, could you prod your suppliers into finding out what is going on? At very least make sure they don't make a mess of the next expansion pack to come our way.

/agrees with Ashrid.
I cancelled my order for JTLS as soon as I found out it was to be delayed again and ordered the cd-key straight from the US. I hope no one buys from Activision.
