im not 100% sure how decay works, have a few questions if someone could help me
1. Does decay happen when you blow up, or on repair?
2. When decay happens, is it only the Hitpoints and Armor value of parts that degrade, or do other stats drop as well?
3. Is it possible that a part would decay so much it would be unuseable?
