I think it would be nice to have some generic pilot helmets added to the game craftable by either and armor smith or tailor. Perhaps even a very basic one craftable by artisans. It would also be nice to consider some mods on them that would reduce the ammount of wounds/battle fatigue you get when you are shot down and forced to eject. Just and Idea to add some more depth to the pilot class.

Good idea, I'd like to see some variation in pilot helmets too.

Its a shame i have to wait till im master pilot to get a helmet, i would love to be able to have a helmet when i first get up there to go with my black flightsuit.

There needs to be more open faced hats/helmets in the game period. There is about 4 hats in game now that are craftable, several others that are rewards/loot that are factional. Hopefully there will be some helmets that come with the combat rebalance that we could use as flight helmets. Cause i see a lot af people either wearing composite helms or swoop helms. From what I hear they have problems making hats/helms with open faces recently, there for any helmets we get are going to take off our heads and replace it with the helmet when worn.
