On Lok, I was givena rebel spacemission to disable a "Lamda Class Imp Shuttle" and let the rebel spies on board take overand escourt it to safe space. Well, I disabled the ship and eliminated all of the ties in the area. I received no transmission as to the mission was in progress. I was denied docking rights and my inspection stated that nothing of intrest was on board. I waited for 10 minutes and destroyed it out of anger ( I wasn't feeling at one with the force at that time:smileyvery-happy
and of course failed the mission. Any hints and/clue how I can complete the mission? Did I not wait long enough?

Perhaps the objective is to disable the rear turret and follow the shuttle? :/
Of course, that wouldn't make any sense.

Try moving your ship to a point just above the enemies cockpit. Some missions that require boarding don't actually require docking with the other ship, and you just have to wait in a certain position for boarding to begin.

I agree with that, try just parking up close to the ship in question..if it works you should receive updates from the boarding party, until they capture the ship. (Always puzzled me how they managed to fit a whole boarding party in a single seat fighter, but nevermind....

Yes, I agree with the others. You won't have to dock, but the craft will be taken over after you disable it. Fly within 100m of the craft and sit there. You should see a notice that the craft is in the process of being taken over. Then most likely you will have to escort it to its hyper point.

If this is Tier 4, you can blow the sucker and continue the mission in Endor, but it gets tough there because of the number of ties, which in include 2-3 aggressors.
